We advance health and hope in Peruvian communities

Since 2014, Advance and our partner CADEP have been bringing health, hope, and sustainable development to Peru through transformative surgical brigades, health education, and community empowerment.
In collaboration with CADEP, a respected Indigenous organization, we serve families in the remote highlands of Peru, regions often overlooked and underserved. Our work goes beyond medical care; it’s about building trust, fostering resilience, and honoring cultural traditions while improving lives. By integrating modern solutions with respect for ancestral knowledge, we’re helping communities thrive—creating healthier futures rooted in cultural pride and collective strength.
Community Development
Advance, in partnership with CADEP and local leaders, is transforming lives in Peru’s remote highlands through clean water access, safe housing, health education, and sustainability training—all tailored to the needs of Indigenous Quechua families.
Small-scale farming communities are adopting agroecological practices to grow high-protein crops, improve nutrition, and protect natural resources. In the Queros (Ccoluyo) community, we’re building a foundation of shared knowledge to reduce disease, diversify diets, and strengthen food security.
By combining practical solutions with cultural respect, we’re helping families thrive and creating lasting changes rooted in community ownership.

Surgical Missions
Working with CADEP and local hospitals in Cusco our dedicated volunteer surgical teams transform lives by delivering critical medical care to thousands of families who would otherwise be unable to access it. We provide specialized surgical services, including ophthalmology and pediatric orthopedics. These are more than procedures—they are life-changing interventions that empower individuals to live healthier, fuller lives.
From helping a child take their first steps to restoring sight and alleviating chronic pain, our teams bring hope, healing, and a renewed sense of possibility to communities in need.
