Working with Meal Delivery & Garden

Nutrition Programs

Through Stove to Table, Advance delivers healthy meals and important information about food and nutrition to low income seniors, helping them achieve the healthiest, most independent lives possible.

How We Do It

Every Tuesday, we deliver 200 fresh and nutritious homemade meals straight from our community garden to seniors living in low-income housing across Maricopa County. Our staff and volunteers cook these meals using fresh, local produce from our garden, then deliver them door-to-door to seniors in need. In addition, we do a wellness check for each senior and teach them about nutrition and health – including how to read and understand food labels – so that they have the knowledge to make positive choices for their health.

  • 200 seniors in Arizona are fed per week by our Stove to Table program
  • 10,000 meals served last year
