Working with Nutrition Programs

Stove to Table

Our Stove to Table program provides healthy meals and valuable nutrition education to low-income seniors, helping them live the healthiest, most independent lives possible.

Every week, we deliver 450+ fresh, nutritious homemade meals directly from our kitchen to seniors in low-income housing across Maricopa County. With the help of over 500 volunteers throughout the year, our dedicated Nutrition Program team cooks these meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The Stove to Table menu changes weekly, introducing seniors to a wide variety of nutritious, delicious meals. Each meal is labeled with its ingredients, empowering them to make informed, healthy choices for their well-being.

Nutrition Boxes

Each month, we distribute 150 hand-packed food boxes filled with nutritious, fresh, whole foods. Each box is thoughtfully curated by our dedicated staff and volunteers to provide staples like bread, eggs, butter, plant-based milk, spices, grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables—enough to feed a family of four for two to three days. Boxes also include a list of ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes that help families make the most of what they receive. Distributions take place weekly throughout the month, ensuring consistent access to healthy, nourishing meals.
