Since 1985, Advance Community has partnered with Esperanza Bolivia to improve health and provide opportunities across the Tarija region. Our work focuses on helping the families, health workers, and community leaders of local villages build stronger communities, healthier lives, and more resilient futures.
Community Development
In partnership with Esperanza Bolivia, Advance Community leads programs that give people the knowledge and tools to shape their own futures.
We train young people to lead and serve, turning their ideas into microbusinesses that create income and opportunity. Women receive mentorship and resources to launch small businesses, bringing stability and security to their families while strengthening local economies. Families take part in workshops that promote health, education, and financial literacy, helping households grow stronger together.
Each of these efforts builds dignity, independence, and opportunity across southern Bolivia, empowering youth, women, and families to lead, grow, and thrive.
